At Schantz Organ Company, we feel it is essential to the quality
of every project to control all aspects of the design, construction,
installation and tonal finishing. When each project is complete,
we assemble a team from the craftsmen who have built the
instrument in our workshop to travel with the organ to the
site of its installation. Shipping the instrument in our
own fleet of trucks, we are able to insure its safety in
transit, as well as the quality of its final installation.
Once physically installed, a team of Schantz voicers travels to
the installation site to complete the meticulous task of final
tonal regulation for each pipe in the instrument. This all-important
and demanding process assures that each instrument's voice has
maximum impact – both dramatic and subtle – within
the environment in which it is placed. This is a process whose
duration is determined by each instrument's musical goals – not
a pre-determined schedule.
